Doctoral student to give piano recital
July 29, 2005
Leavenworth Allyson Walters, a Leavenworth student who is completing her doctorate at the University of Kansas, will perform Sunday in Leavenworth.
Her recital is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Carnegie Arts Center, 601 S. Fifth. A reception will follow the recital, which is free and open to the public.
Walters will perform on the center's 1906 Steinway piano.
