Street work to begin

Work will begin on Lansing’s 2008 street overlay, curb replacement and sidewalk replacement program, weather permitting, on Tuesday, June 24.
Asphalt milling is scheduled for various locations on Tuesday, and the overlay work is scheduled to begin Wednesday, June 25, on 4-H Road between Kansas Highway 7/Main Street and DeSoto Road. The project is scheduled for completion in two weeks.
Expect short delays in areas where road work is ongoing.
