Services for Ella F. Smith, 86, Leavenworth, were Monday, Dec. 31, at Charter Funerals/Sunset Chapel, Leavenworth, with burial in Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at Specialty Hospital of MidAmerica, Overland Park.
She was born Nov. 12, 1921.
She married Homer Alonzo Smith on Dec. 7, 1940, in Winchester. They were married for 50 years before he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, Jackie Ray, and a great-grandson.
Survivors include her children, three sons, Ronald L. Smith, Leavenworth, and Kenneth Smith and Marlin D. Smith, both of Lansing; a daughter, Linda Burnham, Willow, Alaska; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
