Shepard Rader 2006 - 2008
A celebration of the life of Shepard Orlin Oliver Rader, 1, of Leawood, was Saturday, Jan. 5, at McGilley State Line Chapel, Kansas City, Mo.
Shepard died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008 at Research Medical Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
He was born Dec. 11, 2006 in Santa Monica, Calif. He was the the son of Brian and Adrienne (Butts) Rader. He loved reading books, listening to music and dancing.
Survivors include his father and mother, Brian and Adrienne Rader, Leawood; his maternal grandparents, Bill and Ginny Butts, and his maternal great-grandparents, P.C. and Elmeree Oliver, all of Wellington; his paternal grandparents, Gary and Cheryl Rader, Leavenworth; and his paternal great- grandmother, Fern Rader-Spire, Olsburg.
The family suggests memorials to the Kansas State Alumni Association, sent in care of McGilley Memorial Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
