The 23-stop statewide tour, which promoted a Taxpayer's Bill of Rights for Kansas, ended Friday in Leavenworth. Among those at the tour stop, at Fitzgerald's immediate right, are Alan Cobb, Kansas director of Americans for Prosperity, and John Bradford, organizer of the Lansing chapter of Americans for Prosperity.
