An existing billboard on Kansas Highway 7 south of Lansing could be made into a digital display if county commissioners vote to lift a 6-month moratorium on permitting for digital billboards in unincorporated areas of the county. Representatives of Lamar Advertising Company pitched their reasons for why computerized advertisements should be allowed in Leavenworth County during a commission meeting public.
