Lansing Lions Club members, Den leaders and Cub Scouts with Lansing Cub Scout Pack 3165 gathered Saturday morning at the site of the new Lansing Elementary School on West Mary Street to celebrate Arbor Day, held April 25. The Cub Scouts planted a tree, donated by the City of Lansing's Tree Board and memorialized with a plaque donated by the Lansing Lions Club, which has served as the chartering organization since the founding of the Cub Scout Pack on Feb. 28, 1958.
