Tim Moran, a Lansing Democrat, is running for the 42nd District state representative seat in Leavenworth County.
Rep. Kenny Wilk, R-Lansing, gives a "state of the state" address at a Tonganoxie Chamber of Commerce meeting Tuesday, May 20, at Amanna Elan Bed and Breakfast Inn in Tonganoxie. Wilk, who will vacate his 42nd District seat in January thanked Tonganoxie citizens for their support over the past 16 years and discussed statewide issues, including health care, immigration and energy policy.
