We have no real need for a Department store, its just a waste of space and will have a negative influence. A resurant or coffee shop will be a lot better, LHS alone will give substanial profit for both by itself.

I'd love to see a good grocery store go in. Dillon's isn't that great. Definitely we do not need a home-improvement store. And with the Legends, who needs a large department store?
